I just want to say a HUGE thank you to the McDonalds for the actions they took this past weekend during the incident at the Kay Bailey Convention Center. They welcomed us into their restaurant when we were in fear of our lives and they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and offered us drinks. They were truly a blessing. They helped keep us safe during the event. Thank you to all the workers that were there during that time.
I've never been disappointed in the quality and freshness of anything that i have been served to order from here as bussy as it always is at any given time they always manage to keep it clean friendly crew quick and efficient without sacrificing the quality. I haven't ate here in many years but I'll never forget how good it has allways been today im just enjoying my favorite.. sweet tea
This one is a very busy McDonald's, right next to the Greyhound bus station in downtown Dallas. Staff is still able to give service with a smile. They have a security guard that makes sure traffic runs smoothly, and he is good at keeping the chaos at a minimum. Good job, great teamwork
I was in this McDonald's when extreme fear and chaos broke out at the NCA Cheer Nationals. I can not speak highly enough of the employees. They moved all the customers to the kitchen area to keep everyone safe and protected. They passed out water bottles to anyone that wanted one. They were so compassionate. I rated this place a 5 Star because of my own personal experience. Compared to other McDonald's I have been to and the general experience of a typical McDonald's, this place far exceeded my expectations. I expected something worse than what I experienced. The location is nice, easy to locate and easily accessible. I did notice a couple of homeless people around the Area and some of them even came inside the Restaurant to buy food but the did make any trouble or bother anybody. They just simply buy their food and leave
Fast,Fresh and Friendly service. Food made to order seems like, very hot and fresh. Staff very professional and helpful. On site security personnel Friendly and helpful as well. He even pitched in at times to deliver the customer orders to keep the flow going. Will definitely visit again when I'm back downtown Dallas.
It was quiet here on Black Friday. Nice to try the US breakfast menu. Pictures posted of the food. The McGriddle made with pancakes was pleasant. Plenty of seats here and service for the food was fast but they were slow to serve the orange juice
Whoever worked today staff, manager and security..thank you for keeping our children safe and jumping into action and thinking of our children , and hiding them during the chaotic scene today.
